The Real Estate Market has changed – all over Canada and in Norfolk County.
These numbers are from October 2022 versus October 2021 for Residential Homes
Norfolk County, then I break out Simcoe, Port Dover, Port Rowan.
Sales of Homes are lower than the previous year, the Average Home Price has dropped, there are more homes on the market this year and it is taking longer to sell homes.
Mortgage Rates went up again on October 26, Bank of Canada will be doing another Announcement on December 7, 2022, January 25, 2023, and March 8, 2023.
